My Grad Show

It was my grad show last night. Somehow, after waiting so long for it, after all the anticipation, when it came, it was abit of an anti-climax...

Still... I guess its ok.

Anyway, the school forcefully removed one of my works because it was deemed to vulgur, the head of the children art dept complained and the dean ordered it taken down. So yeah, just like that one of my artworks has been removed from public sight, even after it was praised by the external accessors and liked by many of the people that came to view my works.

So today I go down and put up a notice where my work once was.

The notice says:

NOTICE

This Artpiece has been removed by the school because of its 'Objectionable Content'. If you wish to view it, please contact the artist. I apologize for any inconvienience caused.

That was done this afternoon. I've just received word that my notice has been taken down as well. Spineless, gutless, craven... I will not take this lying down...

Anyway, I'll probably put up some pictures taken from the grad show last night later.

Wierd kinda dream

Had a drean last night. Dreamt about Ling. I dreamt that she was back in town and we were trying to go for a drink in the late afternoon, but it was raining very heavily and somehow no matter where we went we couldn't get a drink.

I'm not sure whether this qualifies as a happy dream or a nightmare...

It's my Grad Show this friday at 5:30pm at the NAFA SVA Campus. Pls come~!

I think I might have done quite well for my assessment. If that is the case, I attribute it all to Jesus. His grace and loving kindness is more then enough for me! Not by my efforts but his grace. Praise God!

Also, I need to trim my nails. Getting quite hard to type now...
